We want to make your life as easy as possible and so our Web Tracker
system is simple to use. To find out if your shipment has been delivered, who
signed for it and other tracking information all you need to do is enter
the TNT consignment number(s) and click on "Track".

input screen
Enter as many consignment numbers as you like with one per line. You can also
copy consignment numbers from other applications on your computer and then
click on "Track".

summary report
Our summary report gives brief details for each of the first five consignments
including your reference, destination and the pick up date. You can then either click on
a specific consignment for a detailed report or go on to view the summary details for the next five shipments.

detailed report
Clicking on a specific consignment on the summary screen will display
additional details such as the delivery date, your receivers name together with a
report that shows where the shipment is and has been scanned in our express delivery system.

"not found" status
If you receive the 'not found' status it means that a match could not be found for the consignment number(s) entered. As this could be due to a typing error, you can click on "Input screen (not found)" at any stage to correct the consignment number entry.

"duplicates" status
If you receive the 'duplicates' status it means there were a greater number
of matches for the search criteria entered than could be displayed. Please change your search criteria and then click on "Track".
